Adding value

The purpose of the Action Plans is to take the learning from the Digital Boardrooms and Discovery Sessions and use it to deliver tangible outcomes.

They are not intended to be a drain on company resources but provide a means of adding value by supporting the adoption of digital solutions.

This project is funded by the CITB

Subject to change

Action Plans are designed for the benefit of individual members so the topics listed here will develop and change to meet the needs of each group.

Online forum

Members of each cohort will have access to their own forum on this website where they can communicate with other participants, asking questions and sharing updates.
